The book fair is coming up in a couple weeks and we were asked to create some amazing art.
K-1st grade used white crayons on white paper to create invisible monsters. We then added one color of watercolor paint to find them.
2ns-3rd grade used colored paper and various objects stamped in white paint to create their monsters.
Glued "eyes" on their black piece of paper and then using oil pastels created an amazing monster.
A lot of the art that we create does not use erasers, or ways to undo mistakes. I think mistakes are a great way to extend our creativity and to find a way to make it work and think outside of the box.
